How can I purge myself of this unsettling addiction to Radio-Disney?

I cannot stop listening to it. Hanna Montana is freaking annoying and The Potential Break-up Song is stuck in my head.

How can I purge myself of this unsettling addiction to Radio-Disney?
Listen to some jazz, REAL music. Johnny Coltrane has some medicine for ya.
