How can i get hair like this?

i am talking about aly's.





i would like to get it done in a way that doesn't take too long and doesn't use a curling iron, but if neither of those can happen, then that is fine.





i have curly hair already.

How can i get hair like this?
yes- you need to purchase a curl agent/frizz product(tresseme). When you get out of the shower just brush and then flip your hair-apply product through out your hair evenly-scrunch and put your hair in a loose bun for approx. 1-2 hrs. let dry naturally.
Reply:i'm thinking...some curlers and some gel will work you wonders. Get some medium sized curlers and some pretty good shaping gel and maybe some curling hairspray. Like Suave Healthy Curls. You'll have it in not time. I think
