i am talking about aly's.
i would like to get it done in a way that doesn't take too long and doesn't use a curling iron, but if neither of those can happen, then that is fine.

Should i break up my band or fire the vocalist or wait for a while?
I play the guitar in a indie rock, grunge like band. i write all the songs. the problem is that the singer, he is really good, but ever since he's got a girlfriend he became like a high school kid and is too obsessed with his girl. like he needs permission from his girl to go out... can't believe it. I can't play music with someone who is seduced by something else and no longer capable of displaying his potential. so i'm thinking whether i should break up the band or just fire him. the chemisty of the band will not spark any more without him, so i might as well start all over again but i feel bad for the bassist and the drummer. or should i wait for a while to make a decision, wishing he comes back to where he was before

Maybe your lead singer does not realize that his relationship to his girlfriend is affecting the band's chemistry; and perhaps he does not want the band to end either. He just needs to find a way to balance both his relationship to his girlfriend, and his relationship to this band. I highly suggest you just tell him this before it's too late. Good Luck!

THe effect you are asking about is probably something like the Paintbrush Tool: This tool applies a thick, opaque layer of the active color to the area where you click and drag. Like a real paintbrush, the color fades when you drag more quickly and also fades along the edges. The size of the brush can be changed in the Tool Options Palette.
There is also Smudge Tool: This tool simulates a finger smearing the "paint" in the image. It's a directional effect; if you click in a red area and drag into a white area, you'll end up creating a small pink area in the white section. Going in the opposite direction makes a pink area in the red section. Also, if you drag faster, the effect is rougher and not as intense. The size of the area can be changed in the Tool Options Palette.

I have learned by just playing on the program. experimenting allot.. the advantage to having a digital camera.
I have learned also to NEVER delete a picture on your camera. NO matter what it looks like on your display when you upload it and edit it it could very well turn into a GREAT pictures.
Have fun with your pictures....
and always edit from a copy... and burn your original pictures onto a CD.. and every 3 years re burn them. label them with date month and year taken as well as a title.
YOu can also burn a cd of your edited pictures and print them off at a camera store... just to see what they will look like before doing another batch of the same effect.

Reply:My favorite photo effect is black and white with a splash of color. You just take your color photo, make a black and white or grayscale layer over it, then erase the part you want to be color.

1. Make a dark room and buy the chemicals and photo paper needed. Now you will have control over the "degree of development you let the photos mature into". 2. You can fade the effects from light to dark by putting one side of the photo into the solutions slower than the other side and by placing the last liquid on one half first and longer to slow the one side and speed the other...which produces different lighting contrast and effects on the finished photo.
3. Painting over the photo with special paints , an old school technique is also a fun and creatively controlled effect to your photos to give them a differnt spin !
4. Reshoot your photos with different lenses that put effects into the newly shot photos of the old photographs !
5. Cut and fragment your photos. Re-design them and position the "cut parts" of the whole photo or parts of it with space left in between the "puzzle pieces" for fun and impactive new effects.
And also in the aly %26amp; aj video potential break up song, there is a part where it has there faces with pink white and yellow, it was a cool effect and i was wondering how you would do that without painting over without opaqueness, because it looses the photo quality!

My boyfriend of 7 months didnt call me on my birthday, potenial breakup song much? NEED HELP!?
mkkays so yeasturday was my 14th birthday and on the 13th my boyfriends of about 7 months hung out %26amp; he was amazing %26amp; he gave me a beautiful necklace he got in italy for me. Well on the 13th i asked him to call me the next day to wish me happy birthday, %26amp; he promised because him calling was going to make up for something he screwed up about before, hmm the 14th came around %26amp; i got about 20 calls from other friends, but nothing from him! today (the 15th) i get a text from him saying he was sorry he didnt call. Wanna know why? becuase he had a friend over %26amp; apprently he couldnt take three minutes to call or text happy birthday. Now im at home listening to the potential break up song by aly%26amp;aj. ( if you havent heard it I recommend it!) What should i do. (no answers saying ask your mom, bc y parents are divorced %26amp; im at my dads %26amp; hes at work)

He's a guy and you're young. That is how guys are. Some guys are like that and have the potential to grow out of it into great caring gentleman and some will always be rude little jerks, but you'll never know that unless you're with him till the end. So, you just have to know what you want. If you can get past it, and you want him bad enough, stay with him. If it hurts too much, MOVE ON. There are too many guys out there. Most likely you won't be with this guy forever anyway, so do what you feel is right.
So.....On one hand.......He's a dude. I'm sure he didn't do it to hurt you. Guys are just not as thoughtful as girls are (well not all guys anyway).
On the other hand....if it were me......Birthdays are a big deal for me. I would move on. You don't need that.

You have two choices, you can forgive him and move on and never bring it up again, then if something similar happens again, you know it's a pattern and to move on. Or, you can move on to someone who shows you they care, by doing things that make you feel happy. Men suck sometimes, and being so young, it will happen again, unfortunately. But hang in there and keep hope alive. there is someone on earth who was meant for you, and that's a promise from a higher authority than me. Best wishes!

i keep hearing that they broke up because they had different schedules and didn't have much time to be with eachother. is that a lie? cause one person told me that AJ was having a valentines day party and joe was late buying her roses so she dumped him. and are they ok with the break up?
